At Rayne’s Baby World, we want you and your little one to be completely happy with your purchase. If a garment doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the unwashed, unworn items in their original packaging with all tags still attached to ensure a smooth processing experience.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned baby gear, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
